We are requesting some help with an issue that were dealing with. Back in July of 2015 my wife (Maija) purchased a package to design a logo through Groupon. This was through a company called Pink Zebra in Australia. The staff was assigned to my wife who created a logo and then talked to Wife about further development of web page. Wife decided to proceed with this process and the work started normal as expected. But then no communications and the staff assigned left the company and went to another company. That person contacted Wife and she told Wife that she had moved to another company and had taken all her records with her. She wanted Wife to pay to her again the fees for developing a web page and ask for refund from Pink Zebra.

My wife was coming home from Latvia (she is from this country) and when she talked to me about it we decided to work with Pink Zebra. We contacted them time after time and then finally one person Troy responded in January. Troy acted like (through email correspondence) he was going to work on this issue. But we also got the indication they were reluctant also, but finally we asked for our money back with our documentation attached and that was the last of the communications on February 13, 2016 from Troy and Pink Zebra.

We are at a point we want to let people know and this is why we are writing you. Itโ€™s a small sum of money ($683.14) but for us it is the principal of customer service and commitment, no matter when you know your employee took advantage of their customers they need to honor the commitment and request for refund.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $700.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Pink Zebra Pros: Nice logo.
